North Coast Leadership Academy is a two year program located at North Coast Church in North County San Diego. Our purpose is to prepare all students for life and ministry without the burden of debt, and to train men and women to develop their God-given gifts to follow their calling to be the best person God created them to be.
North Coast Leadership Academy is located on North Coast Church’s Vista Campus, just 45 miles north of San Diego, California and 90 miles south of Los Angeles, California. North Coast Church has eight campuses in north San Diego County. In addition, there are several locations where you can watch the weekly message on video and fellowship with others.
In addition to your ministry practicum to prepare you to lead, North Coast Leadership Academy classes include three critical areas: Bible, leadership, and life skills.
Through this unique program, we will provide valuable practicum experience that will develop and refine your unique God-given gifts so that you will be equipped to go out to wherever God may call you, and accomplish whatever God has called you to do.
